Investors in People
Turning Point Scotland is committed to the requirements of the Investor in People standard, being last re-accreditted with the status in December 2005.
Investors in People is a national standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people. To become an Investor in People, an organisation is assessed against three key principles - planning, action, evaluation - which are underpinned by ten indicators of good practice each with a central theme. Investors in People, as a people quality standard, provides a framework for integrating human resources strategy with business strategy.
Investors in People is one of the most widely used business improvement tools in the United Kingdom and beyond.
