As part of  the Centre for Health Policy’s international seminar series,   co-hosts Turning Point Scotland are delighted to welcome Michael Rowe, Co-Director of the Program for Recovery and Community Health and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Yale University, USA, to present a Masterclass on “An easy relationship?  Citizenship and human rights”.  This event is in partnership with the Health and Social Care Academy and NHS Health Scotland.
