Chief Executive Neil Richardson has signed off Turning Point Scotland’s first gender pay gap survey as accurate and the results are excellent. Gender pay gap reporting is a  new requirement of organisations with over 250 employees.

With a 0% median difference and 1.15% mean difference between men and women’s pay on the 5th of April 2017, our results are testament to the TPS anti-discriminatory pay practices.
