A group of Turning Point Scotland managers have been gaining insight by participating in Turning Point Scotland’s Leadership Programme.

Designed by Turning Point Scotland in partnership with the Kinharvie Institute of Facilitation the programme aims to develop better leaders within the organisation and fits in with the objectives of the Strategic Plan 2012-2015, to sustain, grow and develop the business and look at new ways of working.

It is also helping managers to develop their own personal range of skills and attributes so they can progress through the organisation.

The focus is on creating a leadership culture within Turning Point Scotland.

The sessions covered all aspects of leadership including communicating constructively, encouraging others and problem solving.
