Turning Point Scotland – Ayrshire Services

Turning Point Scotland is a national social care organisation that provides support to people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Huntington’s disease, addictions, those caught up in the Criminal Justice system addictions, and people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

We are currently looking to expand and enhance our long established services in South Ayrshire and require to grow our workforce to meet the increasing  demand from people with their own personalised budget for the person-centred support we provide.

This is not your usual 9-5 job – the hours vary but the rewards high.  We offer a pension, guaranteed hours and the chance to join a company that is robust and prepared for the future.

The work can be challenging but we offer a comprehensive range of training and structured supervision; the hours may be varied but this may fit in with your current family or education commitments.

The skills and interests you have outside work are as important as the ones we require you to have for your work as these offer a breadth and depth to life that can only enhance the lives of the people we support.
