South East Alternatives

Supporting stabilitiy - abstinence - recovery.

We provide safe, structured and meaningful programmes that help people recover from addiction and its effects.

Our programmes contain what you need to know - skills you need to practice and room for the feelings you need to express in order to recover from addiction.

Our programmes are safe - the vibe is calm, the people are clear headed and the vision is recovery.

Our programmes are structured - each phase has different groups and 121 materials aimed at helping you achieve a stage of your recovery.

Our programmes are meaningful - we are only interested in delivering programmes that change addtiction behaviour into recovery behaviour.

We provide services to individuals living in South East Glasgow and in some cases to people from other parts of Glasgow City.
