Midway Service - Glasgow
Our Mental Health Services offer person-centred support inclusive of recovery orientated approaches for people across Scotland.
We help individuals to live independently, offering work-based experience, practical help for day-to-day living as well as budgeting and maintaining tenancies.
You'll have an active role in considering, planning, delivering and evaluating care and support. Facilitating service users to make informed choices, you'll develop their skills and confidence, ensuring the dignity and privacy of individuals is respected at all times. You'll be aware of, and comply with, the Scottish Social Services Council Code of Practice.
You'll also maintain individual and organisational records and represent Turning Point Scotland to both our service users and external organisations.
