Midway Support Living is a 24-hour service for adults with mental health issues who live in their own tenancy in the East End of Glasgow.
Individuals are supported to maintain their tenancies and to become part of their local community. Through person centred planning, service users are able to have a support package designed to suit their needs.
Personalised support plans are reviewed on an ongoing basis to meet the needs of the service user and to help them achieve their goals.
Referrals
Referrals are made through the allocation group within Glasgow City Council. Midway Supported Living Service does not accept direct referrals.
