This is an excellent opportunity to play your part in supporting Turning Point Scotland’s response to the Covid-19 crisis by delivering support and care to a range of service users and develop valuable experience and skills. 

Care Support Workers will provide support across Turning Point Scotland and will undertake a range of duties in services; in line with the needs of the service and our service users to ensure the safe and effective running of care critical services at this unprecedented time.

Experience of working in the care sector is not essential what is more important is that you have an interest in social care and can embrace the values of Turning Point Scotland.  If you can respect our service users as individuals, treat them with compassion, dignity, respect and understand their needs, believe that everyone should be included and have a voice and have the integrity to recognise injustice and build trust then we would like to hear from you.

If you are unable to attend your usual employment, we can offer a range of flexible roles and short term contracts available across all of our services and geographical location. Where practical, we can offer almost immediate starts.

As part of our commitment to you we will provide a comprehensive induction programme to support you in your role. Which will be supported by SSSC electronic Open Badges to demonstrate and evidence your CPD. We are an accredited Scottish Living Wage Employer and will pay you £9.30 for the work that you do.
