Our opportunities and where they are.
Turning Point Scotland provide high quality services and specialise in supporting people facing the most complex and challenging situations. We innovate service models and delivery to support people’s needs across Learning Disabilities, Justice, Alcohol and other Drugs, Mental Health and Homelessness and Prevention. As a sector leader, we offer a competitive leading salary, good working environment, pensions and benefits for all of our roles at TPS. We take a flexible approach to all of our roles to offer a family friendly, work/life balance. Find out more about our Mission and Values here.
Roles containing the word ‘practitioner’ refer to jobs involved in directly supporting and giving care to the people who rely on our services. These are the roles our people are referring to in the videos on the previous page. Anyone joining TPS in a practitioner role will be supported through training, mentoring and teammates. They will be encouraged to achieve professional social care qualifications. Security clearance to work with the vulnerable people our services support will be required, but this is normally a straightforward process that we will guide candidates through. The same applies to the registration of our employees with the social care regulator the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
We have a range of service support and head office roles as listed on our recruitment portal.
On top of providing some of the most competitive pay rates in social care, we offer excellent benefits, including:
37 hour working week
9% Pension Plan (employers & employee contribution)
Employee referral bonus scheme
