We operate across Scotland with services that specialise in different areas of social care. Our services are community based, and reflect and enjoy being part of the community they serve, making it a compassionate and inclusive one.
Our people enjoy a friendly and supportive working environment, where colleagues trust and respect each other, and the value of what we all do.
The locations and type of service offering roles are listed on our vacancies page which is held on our recruitment portal and can be accessed via the panel at the foot of this page. Before you do that, please read the information below to help you.
PRACTITIONER ROLES, AND SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR ROLES:
Roles containing the word ‘practitioner’ refer to jobs involved in directly supporting and giving care to the people who rely on our services. These are the roles our people are referring to in the videos on the previous page. Anyone joining TPS in a practitioner role will be supported through training, mentoring and teammates. They will be encouraged to achieve professional social care qualifications. Security clearance to work with the vulnerable people our services support will be required, but this is normally a straightforward process that we will guide candidates through. The same applies to the registration of our employees with the social care regulator the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
We have a range of service support and head office roles as listed on our
recruitment portal.
